Discover your emotional depth. Connect through your body. Transform how you work with others.

In a world where youth work plays a vital role in building more just and inclusive communities, the ability to understand and manage emotions is not just a personal skill—it’s a professional necessity. Mind Your Emotions is an interesting training course that invites youth workers to explore the power of emotional awareness, communication, and artistic expression as tools for meaningful engagement and change.

This immersive experience takes place in the tranquil setting of Plurien, in the Brittany region of France, near Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dinan. Over several days, participants will be guided through an experiential journey using bodywork, movement, and theatre to access and express emotions, manage conflict, and reconnect with their professional purpose. Theatre, in this context, becomes a safe and creative medium to simulate real-life situations, allowing participants to reflect, experiment, and learn in an embodied and impactful way.

Through this process, participants will develop the capacity to listen actively, communicate clearly, and understand the diverse needs of the young people they work with. The training also emphasizes working with minority groups and encourages a deeper understanding of inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and the role of empathy in building a tolerant European identity.

Mind Your Emotions is not only a professional development opportunity but also a space for personal transformation. It’s designed for those ready to challenge their limitations, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with a sense of fluidity in life and work. Participants will leave with new tools, a renewed sense of purpose, and a clearer understanding of how to bring emotional intelligence into everyday youth work.

This alcohol-free training is open to motivated individuals over the age of 22 who live in Armenia, Georgia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, France, Greece, or Ukraine. If you are committed to your growth, eager to connect with others through movement and voice, and ready to create positive impact in your community, this journey is for you.
