Wild Womb: Menstrual Education, Health & Sovereignty is a project designed for menstruating people, involved in youth work and interested in acquiring knowledge about the menstrual cycle, strengthening the link with their bodies and their cyclical nature and promoting the physical and psycho-emotional health of young people through somatic, artistic and other experiential learning methods. Please, noticed that this project is for all menstruating people, independently of their gender.
The project will bring together 14 youth workers from Netherlands, France, Turkey, Jordan, Ukraine, Italy, Portugal and Spain, who are active or want to engage with the partner organisations or their wider networks.

Project activities
The project consists of 4 activities:
Welcome meeting – 04.10.2025, 11:00-13:00h
1. Wild Womb Online Masterclass
- “Traveling Within: Anatomy, Physiology, and Cyclicity.” -10.10.2025, 18:00-20:00h
- “Gender and Intersectionality” – 11.10.2025, 11:00-13:00h

2. Wild Womb Training:
Arrival: 19th of October 2025 – Departure: 25th of October 2025
3. Wild Womb Action (follow-up activities):
Participants are expected to share and apply their learnings in their own communities and to disseminate the outcomes of this project between November and December of 2025.
The follow-up activities can include an individual artistic response, a workshop or some other proposal related to the topic.
