From October 19th to 25th, 2025, the quiet village of Chinchón, near Madrid, will host an international training course for youth workers dedicated to menstrual education, health, and sovereignty. The event will take place in the inspiring community of Somos Garaldea and will be held in English.
Wild Womb offers an opportunity to deepen knowledge about the menstrual cycle, reconnect with the body and its cyclical nature, and promote physical and psycho-emotional well-being among young people. The methodology combines somatic practices, artistic approaches, and experiential learning to create a rich and transformative experience.
The project will bring together youth workers from the Netherlands, France, Turkey, Jordan, Ukraine, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Before meeting in person, participants will take part in an online welcome session and two interactive masterclasses exploring anatomy, physiology, cyclicity, and intersectionality.
The core of the experience will be the in-person training in Chinchón, followed by a period of local actions where participants will apply and share their learnings within their communities. These activities will be documented and collected in a Wild Womb Toolkit, co-created during the training as a resource for future initiatives.
Applications are open until September 5th, 2025. If you want to join this unique journey, check the Wild Womb Info Pack and complete the application form.
