From September 16th to 22nd, 2025, youth workers from across Europe and beyond will gather in the peaceful town of Plurien, Brittany, for an inspiring training experience: Mind Your Emotions. This course offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into emotional awareness and learn how to use artistic expression and body movement as powerful tools for personal growth and professional development.
In today’s world, where youth work is essential to building inclusive and equitable communities, understanding and managing emotions is more than just a skill—it’s a necessity. Mind Your Emotions uses theatre and movement to create a safe space where participants can explore real-life scenarios, practice conflict management, and develop stronger communication skills. The training focuses especially on working with minority groups and fostering empathy, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue, all crucial for nurturing a tolerant European identity.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Brittany — close to landmarks like Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dinan — this week-long journey encourages participants to release emotional blockages, improve mental well-being, and reconnect with their passion for youth work. Whether you’re looking to enhance your professional toolkit or embark on a personal transformation, this alcohol-free course welcomes motivated individuals aged 22 and older from Armenia, Georgia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, France, Greece, and Ukraine.
The participation fee is €150, with all other costs covered by the Erasmus+ programme.
